Knapp Creek Farm Once upon a time, we were a growing family living in a major metropolitan area with a good life until we felt something pulling us. It was at that point, that we made a complete 180 and wholeheartedly jumped headfirst into pursuing life as organic vegetable farmers. We have not looked back a moment since. We know just how busy life can be, so we offer the convenient option of your CSA delivery straight to the door of your home. We also make using the produce in your box easy by giving you a ton of simple recipes and food preparation ideas in our weekly newsletters. The day-to-day farm operations are run by Aaron, Andrea and their children. Knapp Creek prides itself on being good stewards of the land, connecting people to their food and engaging our members in the farm experience. Knapp Creek Farm is located in a lush valley outside of Westby, WI with CSA deliveries to Viroqua, Westby and La Crosse. In addition to our 80 share CSA you can also find our produce at the Viroqua Farmers Market or the Viroqua Food Coop. We adore providing real tasting, healthy food for our community such as sweet spring carrots, crisp fall greens, juicy watermelons or savory winter squash.
