Alambria Springs Farm CSA

Alambria Springs Farm is a diversified vegetable and livestock farm in Lebanon Ny. Our mission is to implement sustainable food production practices creating enlivened foods that nourish the body, spirit, and the environment. We commit to incorporating Biodynamic practices by following the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. Biodynamic preparations are applied to the soil and the plants to enrich and enliven both. We are committed to standards and quality that go beyond the "organic' label by respecting the land and its intricate and diverse living systems. We produce quality food that is in hamony with nature, that all people can afford, so that both people and the environment benefit. We currently grow over 200 varieties of vegetables on approximately 12 acres for our CSA and upscale restaurants. We are a "Farmers Pledge " Farm through NOFA NY. We offer a vegetable share from the beginning of June to mid-November each year and are currently planting fruit trees and bushes to make fruit shares available for members in several years. When we moved to this 270 acre farm in 2001 we built an off the grid timberframed strawbale home with the help from community members. One of the first in this area! We offer tours several times a year during the summer.
