Riverview Farms

One of the oldest, and largest, certified organic farms in the state, Riverview Farms sits on 200 acres bordering the Coosawattee River on the edge of the Appalachian foothills in Northwest Georgia. We grow certified organic vegetables, heirloom grains, and Berkshire pork + grass-fed beef that we breed on-farm and grow on pasture. Our "closed-loop" farm grows 100% of the non-GMO feed our animals eat!

Every farming decision we make is driven by growing the life of our farm through the mutually complimentary functions of tending the soil, grasses and animals.  With detailed attention to soil quality, animal husbandry, grass production and crop diversity, our methods surpass organic certification requirements.

We've operated a produce CSA for over 20 years; subscribe in advance for 30 weeks of freshly harvested produce. Our Berkshire pork and grassfed beef can be purchased from us at two Atlanta-area farmers markets;  online purchases can be delivered direct to consumers.
