As an extension of our mission to improve the health, our aim is to promote fresh food and healthy living while also supporting local farmers and the food-producer economy.
The Market offers an indoor venue and will be open rain or shine mid-May through the end of September. It is a producer-only market held Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon at the Logan County Fairgrounds located at 1408 Short 11th Street Lincoln, Illinois.
Vendors feature meat, poultry, pork, eggs, baked goods, honey, and of course, fresh fruits and vegetables. All items are homegrown, handmade and/or vendor-created from locally-owned operations within the state of Illinois.
The LMH Market accepts debit cards and SNAP/Link cards and offers a generous matching program for SNAP recipients. Visit The ALMH Market Booth for more information.
In addition to an excellent variety of fresh and local produce, attendees will also find an exciting variety of free activities for all ages. The LMH Market also provides The POP Club (Power of Produce Club) to children ages 5-12 every Saturday to encourage children to learn about the food system and try new healthy foods while earning market tokens to purchase produce. A rotating schedule of health screenings, tastings and more can also be found at The LMH Market. Don't miss a thing and join us each Saturday.
Featuring local fruits, vegetables, poultry, beef, honey, farm fresh eggs, pork, baked goods and more! Enjoy a fresh coffee and breakfast while you stroll The Market. Also on site, we offer a walking trail, children's programming, and more!
