Millsap Farm is all about sustainable agriculture and keeping things diverse. We grow year-round in our greenhouses using organic practices, plus we've got three acres of outdoor vegetable and flower gardens. We grow everything from asparagus to zucchini, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beets, Jerusalem artichokes, onions, garlic, herbs, peas, beans, tomatillos, broccoli, potatoes, sweet potatoes, red raspberries, you name it, we probably grow it.

You can find our produce at our self-serve farmstand, the Farmers Market of the Ozarks, or through our CSA. The farm is run by Curtis and Sarah Millsap, their big family, a fantastic farm manager, and an ever-changing crew of apprentices, interns, WWOOFers, and volunteers. Teaching is a big deal for us, too; we love sharing what we've learned about sustainable farming.

We welcome visitors for farm tours, just give us a call to set one up. We host regular free tour days, field days, and workshops. And here's the best part: our Thursday night community wood-fired pizza nights! From late spring to early fall, we whip up field-to-table pizzas right here on the farm. It's a blast for the whole family and a great way to experience the farm in action.

At Millsap Farm, we're all about supporting our community and our family by connecting people to the farm and running a thriving CSA. We're always exploring ways to diversify and grow, trying out different aspects of farming to see what works best. We draw inspiration from others in the area who are doing similar work and want to encourage even more people to jump in and get involved.

Come on out, Get to Know Your Farmer, and learn what its like to farm. We'd love to share the journey with you!
