Night Sky Farm, a Grade A Dairy and Cheese Room has a new CSA Program! I call it the Farm CSA and it really is. You will be able to have your fresh raw milk, goat and cow cheeses, butter, Fresh Eggs, Pastured Chicken, Natural Rabbit, cut garden herbs/flowers and of course our soap products! Our CSA offerings come from Night Sky Farm; I milk the animals, make the cheese, butter, and soap products right here. CSA members will receive discounts on all that the farm produces and members will also get to choose from new or limited items not available to retail customers. We specialize in unique, artisanal goat cheeses offering 6 primary varieties of chevre and two seasonal flavors, feta in sea salt brine, marinated feta and a fresh pressed mild cheddar and our own "Starry Night". Our chevre, feta and fresh pressed cheeses are available to both retail and wholesale customers. Night Sky Farm now manufactures All-Natural Goat Milk soaps! Our new WASH TIME Laundry soap is earth friendly and fabulously scented with Lavender & Eucalyptus and big on cleaning power. Our PATTI CAKES! goat milk soaps come in perfect sized 4 oz. bars and are made using the maximum amount of our Grade A goat milk from our own goats blended with superior oils of coconut, olive, safflower and sunflower. Other farm products include seasonal vegetables and herbs, fresh eggs, Heritage turkey poults (Lavender, Bourbon and Royal Palm breeds) and registered French Alpine, La Mancha, Saanen and now, Nubian dairy goats.
