Newcomerstown Farmers' Market is hosted by the Newcomerstown Public Library and is held in the Library parking lot each Friday from 9AM to 1PM beginning the 4th Friday in May and ending the 2nd Friday in October. The Newcomerstown Farmers' market features locally grown and produced item including vegetables, fruits, grass fed beef, eggs, fresh salsa, baked goods, candy, craft and art produced by people living in Tuscarawa County, Harrison County, Holmes, County and Coshocton County. The purpose of the market is to promote local agriculture and fine arts while providing the community with the opportunity to buy locally grown and produced items. The Library also uses the Market as another way to fulfill it's role to help the local economy and to serve as a community center and gathering place.
