Thorn Acres

Thorn Acres is ran by myself (Lori), husband (Mike) and our 3 children. We started our farm as a 4-H project and it turned into our life. We raise nubian goats for milk, cheese and sometimes meat. Thorn Acres got it's name from our first born buck to Rose our first nubian doe. Thorn was the first goat to completed the circle of life on our farm. We loved Thorn and thought it was a good name to give our farm. We grow many types of vegetables, some fruits (we are adding two fruit trees a year on the farm) so far we have peaches, cherries (1st year), strawberries and raspberries. We love fixing our dinner and having everything that we have grown ourselves and wish to help you eat locally as well.
