At Fieldsong Farm, our Nubian dairy goats live a slow, unrushed life in tune with nature. Their sweet-tasting milk is sold pasteurized; some is made into delicious cheeses, fudge, cajeta caramel, cream and butter. The soft, spreadable cheese (Chevre) is flavored with our own organically grown herbs. We do not use any artificial hormones on our animals, and they live a pretty sweet, pampered life. Currently available dairy products can be found on our website/webstore, www.fieldsongfarmtx.com. We also offer herbs for sale year round, and veggies and fruit, such as spinach, kale, chard, radishes, beets, carrots, onions, both hybrid and heirloom tomatoes, hot peppers, sweet peppers, cucumbers, squash, watermelons, cantaloupes, pumpkins, okra, flowers, blackberries, elderberries, juniper berries when in season. Check our website/webstore at www.fieldsongfarmtx.com for what is currently available for sale. We hold events on the Farm, too; you might reserve a spot to enjoy brunch, afternoon tea, a Fall hayride, cookouts around a fire, formal farm-to-table dinners. Check our website/webstore (www.fieldsongfarmtx.com) to see what's upcoming. We have one campsite, also, that has received the highest ratings consistently. It is a primitive and private campsite, surrounded by natural beauty and serenity. A full description, reservations and policies for the campsite are available at hipcamp.com/texas/fieldsong-farm-2/fieldsong-meadow.

Although we've raised dairy goats for 22 years, we are a small operation. This year we're trying to start a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) co-op to sell most of our milk and milk-products by subscription. Are you interested in a weekly or biweekly pick-up or delivery of pasteurized goat milk, various cheeses or fudge? We may also have cream, butter and ice cream available. We are located in Lucas, TX, east of Allen and west of Lake Lavon, in Collin County. Please email us if you're interested at fieldsong@gmail.com
