The Princeton Farmers Market is open every Thursday from 11 to 4 from May 15th through November 20th in Hinds Plaza next to the Princeton Public Library. A holiday market will be on December 11th and our winter markets will be on the second Thursdays of the month starting in January. They will be from 11 to 5 inside the Public Library's community room. We have 20 vendors with the choices of organic and IPM vegetables and fruits, cider, raw milk cheeses, exotic mushrooms, flowers, fresh juices, breads and pastries, local honey and honey based soaps and candles (with beehive on display), pastured chickens and their eggs, grassfed beef and pork, fresh cheesecakes, jersey jams and jellies, and pickles. Live music is at 12:30 until 2:30 and a guest organization is invited to be at our table every week. Enjoy sitting under our umbrellas for your lunch and enjoyment.
