We strive to keep our land healthy by managing our lands with rotational grazing, soil restoration via composting, mulching and green manure.
We believe that gardens need a rest just like we do and practice plant rotation to give the soil the time it needs to rebuild.
Another dream we have for the farm is a building where we can teach traditional crafts like baking, fermenting, soap making, spinning, weaving, naalbinding, knitting, crocheting, and gardening. We want others to experience the joy of creating and a self-sustaining lifestyle.
