Racoon Farms

We are a fifth generation farm. Our specialties have changed from the time of my great-great grandfather to more modern offerings. Today we offer bedding plants and vegetable transplants in the spring, produce in the summer and fall, hay all year around, Christmas trees and wreaths and boughs in the winter, and nursery stock grown from our own cuttings year around (subject to availability). Our orchard is growing and will provide us with several kinds of fruit in the near future. We are not certified organic, but we grow with organic principles in mind. We will use pesticides only when we cannot control problems with organic methods. We offer farm tours by appointment only and welcome idividual tours and schoolbus tours.
