We are a grass-based diversified sustainable farm in Athens, Vermont. We specialize in hardneck garlic, growing 35,000 heads of 7 different varieties. We milk our flock of dairy sheep and sell sheep milk to local artisan cheesemakers. We raise grass fed lamb, Dexter beef, pastured chicken, and heritage breed pastured pork. We sell our vegetables, herbs, flowers and meat from our farm stand, at the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market, the West Townshend Farmers Market, the Brattleboro Winter Farmers Market, and at regional Garlic Festivals. We work hard to provide our community with the healthiest food, while using the most natural practices to care for our land.
