We are a family co-op of three market gardeners all located in Harper, Texas. We sell when in season: tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, canteloupe, watermelons, lettuce, radishes, carrots, spinach, garlic, onions, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, snap beans, and some winter squashes. We also have cucumber dill pickles, jellies, freshly ground flour from wheat grown on our ranch as well as several pepper spices from peppers grown on our ranch. We also sell vegetable transplants.
Being that there are three different gardeners, each grows vegetables and fruits a little bit differently. We three all use sustainable methods in our gardens, but we will use non-organic pesticides (ex-Sevin Dust) if situations are dire (plants will die or be totally consumed).
We sell at the Fredericksburg Farmers Market on Thursdays starting in April. If the tomato plants produce, we hope to sell in Harper on Mondays at the Harper Park, starting probably late May.
At this time we only sell produce April-August. In the winter we sell whitetail & axis hunts. We sell vegetable transplants, but we cannot deliver or ship them.
