Sanford Farmers' Market

At Sanford Farmers' Market, our mission is to sustain a vibrant, agricultural marketplace that honors our heritage while supporting education, and entrepreneurship. We strive to create space to connect food producers and artisans with the community and to celebrate and support local agriculture and community through education and increasing access fresh, healthy local foods and goods. The Sanford Farmers' Market is a producers only market, with all products being grown, caught, raised, or made by our local farmers, bakers, food entrepreneurs, beekeepers, nurserymen, fishermen, and craft artisans.

Products that you can find at the Sanford Farmers' Market include: seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats (including eggs, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, bison, and more), seafood from the NC coast, breads and baked goods, jams and jellies, coffee, microgreens, diverse handmade crafts, body products, plants (including house plants, landscaping plants, and vegetable starts), mushrooms, kettle corn, and much more. And we are continuing to add new products all the time, there is always something new to find at the market each week!

Our market operates seasonally from April to November on Saturday mornings in downtown Sanford, NC. From July to September, we also host a market on Tuesday mornings at the Enrichment Center of Lee County. Each week we will showcase a unique mix of vendors, products, and local talent paired with music, art, food demos, educational workshops, and family fun.

It's a new experience every market and we hope you'll join us throughout the seasons!
