Whittaker's Homestead and Greenhouses

Whittaker's Homestead and Greenhouses is a small family run farm stand and greenhouse business in Alstead NH. Owned and operated by Zack and Lizz Whittaker and our family and friends. We purchased this farm stand and nursery back in Dec of 2014 from Truman and Ginny Breshear's after many years of the farm stand being Breshear's Farm Stand and Nursery after Ginnys passing the farm stand closed and we have started to make the farm our own over the last few years by changing our name, adding in new products, making upgrades, improvements on the homestead. We also do not use any chemicals we are working on becoming a certified organic farm. We do not plant gmo plants. We use all sustainable practices. We have added in a new high tunnel for growing fresh produce in the ground and are working towards growing fresh produce year round with this new high tunnel. We also have a hydroponics section for growing produce as well. We are a sustainable farm stand that uses sustainable and organic practices here on the homestead when growing our crops. We will have fresh flowers, lettuce, greens, peppers, tomatoes, squashes, melons, okra, broccoli, beets, radishes, onions, eggplant, cucumbers, blueberries, strawberries, apples, peaches, corn, and much more for produce, herbs, veggie starts, flower starts, hanging baskets, oval planters, and memorial pots. We will also have local products, maple syrup, honey, maple candy, soda, honey sticks, cheeses, eggs, and much more here in the Farm Store.
