It's a week-day, day-time market serving primarily students and employees of Wayne State University, and residents in Detroit's mid-town area. Located on or near major transportation corridors, it's accessible by buses that ply on Cass, Woodward, or Warren Avenues. The market carries regionally-sourced fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and prepared foods. Most vendors source their products from Michigan; one vendor is from next door Ontario, Canada.
