Our CSA subscription offers seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs beginning in mid-April through Thanksgiving. Full shares provide an average of a half bushel box per week of fruits, vegetables, salad greens, and herbs. Early and late season offerings are somewhat smaller in volume. Add-on options are available including egg shares. Poultry may be ordered seasonally, including Thanksgiving turkeys. Pastured lamb is also available in the fall and winter.
