The Midsummer Farm CSA program is the CSA for the gourmet health-conscious foodie. We grow and harvest a huge variety of items you simply can't get anywhere else due to the fact that we are a very small farm run and operated by two people. We grow a huge variety of tender, totally unshipable, heirloom veggies and salad greens. Weekly basket of organic produce usually harvested that day.Baskets include items such as heirloom salad greens, a variety of tomatoes, peppers, squash, and other seasonal heirloom vegetables, fresh cut herbs. 5-15 pounds of Certified Organic Produce per week; 8-20 different items. Call or email for more details. Runs 18 weeks - pick ups are on Wed. at 6:30 pm, 5/30 thru 9/12/11, and Fri. at 10 am, 6/1 thru 9/14/11. Includes a promise that you will make good sue of all the veggies you receive -active support, recipes, etc. even for the inexperienced cook! Use your CSA experience to boost your health and kitchen! We also offer some additional special shares - Egg, Herb, Mushroom, and CutFlower, which can be added to the vegetable share each week. We are also offering a SUPER share or "Total Taste of the Farm Share" - which includes the herb, egg, mushroom, cutflower shares along with the vegetable share and also includes other farm extras like died smoked peppers, honey comb, etc. Please check out our web page fro more details: http://www.midsummerfarm.com/CSApage.htm
