FULL SUMMER SHARE: 5/9th bushel for 21 weeks of produce, including mushrooms, fruits and veggies. Shares start in late May and run through mid October. Early season will have more frost tolerant crops such as lettuce, scallions, green garlic, spinach, salad turnips, radishes, and more! As the season goes on, the shares explode with the bounty of summer; eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, squash, sweet corn, carrots, onions, leeks, celery, herbs, beans, and more! HALF SUMMER SHARE: Same as a full share but delivered biweekly (10 boxes). Keep in mind, you may not receive some crops as they are delivered only once per season. EXTENDED SHARE: Four, biweekly shares delivered in Nov. and Dec. of 2-5/9th bushel boxes or more including squash, dry beans, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, potatoes, onions, leeks, garlic, carrots and much more delivered in Nov. and Dec. Our egg layers are fed organic feed and are as free range as possible, being allowed to graze our open pastures daily. These will be delivered with the summer shares at drop sites.
Full share: Receive one dozen eggs per week for 21 weeks, late May through mid Oct. This correlates with the produce share deliveries.
Half share: Receive one dozen eggs biweekly for 10 weeks, late May through mid Oct. This correlates with the produce share deliveries.
TURKEY:
Our turkeys are pasture raised with organic feed. They are processed on farm with in state regulations, fresh, non-frozen, and available just days before Thanksgiving.
CHICKEN:
Our chickens are pasture raised with organic/local feed. We process all birds on farm three times a season allowing fresh pick-up dates in May, early Aug., and late Oct.
PIGS:
Our pigs are pasture raised with organic/local feed and non-vaccinated. All cuts are wrapped, labeled, frozen, and ready for pick-up late Oct. Available in 1/4, 1/2, or whole increments.
