Shared Legacy Farms

Shared Legacy Farms is a 20 acre certified organic vegetable farm in Elmore, OH. We grow several dozen varieties of vegetables for our 400 member CSA, the Toledo Farmers markets, and our online store. Our CSA members can purchase an 18 week subscription box of veggies from June-October. You can also add on bonus share types from partnering vendors like: fruit from Quarry Hill Orchard, eggs from Weber Ranch, Maddie and Bella coffee, cheese from Turkeyfoot Creek and Canal Junction, and whole milk/ice cream from Knueven Creamery.

Our veggies excel in taste and quality, thanks to our diligent care of the soil. Our certified organic seal gives you the assurance of food security and transparency. Our CSA is best known for our great-tasting varieties of veggies (especially the crack carrots and spinach), our excellent customer service, and our comprehensive CSA onboarding (so you actually succeed at eating your box).

Membership in our CSA includes access to a members-only Private Facebook Group. This platform allows our CSA membership to support and coach each other during the season. Through this medium, our CSA Coach/dietitian and our farmers share the "Roadmap to CSA Success," sharing the hacks and shortcuts our CSA "masters" have learned over the years -- all aimed to help you successfully eat your box every week and avoid common rookie blunders. No other CSA offers this critical training piece in helping you succeed at CSA.

For our CSA, we offer pick up locations near the Perrysburg Farmers Market, the Temple Shomer Emunim in Sylvania, the Sutton Center in Port Clinton, the Toledo Farmer's Market, and Shared Legacy Farm in Elmore.

Members receive 2 weekly meal plan options, a weekly newsletter, vegetable storage tips, and an abundance of cheat sheets and guides to help you become a CSA master. CSA members are also invited to five free farm events throughout the season including Tomato Canning Workshops, a Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt, Pesto Fest, and Farm Capture the Flag, to name a few.
