Cultivate the City (CTC) is a social enterprise that emphasizes growing vertically. Our mission is to create a sustainable and resilient local urban food system as populations continue to move towards urban areas, it is our responsibility to ensure access to healthy, affordable, pesticide-free food.

The efficient utilization of small spaces in large cities requires urban farmers to think creatively about where, what and how they grow.

CTC focuses on developing urban agriculture solutions with the primary goal of high yields, using sustainable methods, in the concrete jungle. We grow using: vertical towers, raised beds, grow bags, wall gardens, pallet gardens, window gardens, green roofs, indoor gardens, and any other new technologies that come our way.

Ark of Taste

Cultivate the City is a collection of urban farmers working to feed families and communities with pesticide-free, locally-grown food by growing vertically.

Our primary mission is to provide tools, education, and resources to learn sustainable agriculture. We hope you can then teach others by teaching you, and the knowledge continues to trickle down.
