We are a synthesis of old and new. The old time tested traditional ways I learned in my country of Ecuador with some modern technology and understanding of integrated holistic thinking.
Our Ethnic Traditional Farming practices are based on ancient principles well knowing today as Biointensive-Biodynamic methods. Our three acres of organic soil produce the best beautiful-healthy food, and for many years we had a great success selling at the Farmers Markets. Ark of Taste

We often attempt to grow an exotic array and foreign vegetables in order to add an intriguing display of produce from around the world. We offer our early greenhouse production of great varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, rainbow beans, peppers, gourmet greens, and peas. We manage a consistent production for the market of rainbow carrot, beets, radishes, turnips, potatoes during the whole season, and for our green thumb customers we have a great variety and unique vegetables plants.
