Wood River Farmers Market Association - Hailey/Ketchum

The Hailey Farmers Market brings fresh and organic local produce and artisan foods to the consumer every Thursday at 2:30-6:30 PM from June through September. The produce is grown by the farmer who sells it and must live within 100-mile radius of Hailey. You can expect produce such as lettuce, spinach, arugula, and other greens, carrots, cucumbers, onions, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, potatoes, summer and winter squash, corn, peas, beans, beets, dried beans, pears, apples, berries, melons, and so much more all seasonally available.

You can also purchase jams and jellies, mustards, cookies, pies, breads, honey, eggs, lemonade, smoothies, flowers, meats including suasages, local lamb with a variety of cuts avialable, and free range chickens and turkeys. Also at the market are local crafters selling jewelry, bath and body products, and pottery.

Music by local musicians play occassionally throughout the summer, and local chefs prepare and serve local dishes using the produce available at the market.
