Anna's Homestead

A small, permaculture based, chemical-free homestead. Focused on sustainable farming practices, with respect for the land and the animals on it, I organically raise heritage breeds of livestock & heirloom varieties of produce. I have a passion for the homestead life - it all started 7 years ago when I bought the property, I wanted to learn to live a sustainable life and provide for myself as much as possible in an uncertain world. I wanted to be able to grow my own food and eat knowing where it came from. I currently raise Heritage Turkeys for the table and breeding, a mixed flock of chickens for eggs and meat, sheep for wool and a large garden that feeds us all!
