Farmer Foodshare is a Triangle-based, nonprofit food hub whose mission is to increase access to fresh, local food for all and to support the viability of marginalized NC farmers to create an equitable food system.
We source fresh fruits and vegetables year-round from 70+ farmers across North Carolina.
Some of the produce we source is supplies to more than a hundred food service institutions in central NC through our wholesale market.
We also contribute our nutritious, locally-grown produce to the emergency food system through partnership with over 30 community organizations that distribute food directly to hungry neighbors throughout the Triangle.
