The mission of Swift River Farm is to provide sustainable, affordable, and healthy food to our community through the development and coordination of a working farm and educational program. We envision a dynamic and enduring partnership between local farmers and consumers who strive for ecological, economical, and socially-just ways to grow and eat our food!
Founded in 2008, Swift River Farm recently moved to central Idaho, along the banks of the Salmon River. We still operate as a community supported agriculture (CSA) and market farm, hosting a variety of different educational opportunities, including farm tours, apprenticeships, demonstration projects and much more.
