The Main Street Farmers Market is located in historic downtown Statesboro, Georgia and is a producer only market. We feature local, fresh and in season products which are brought to us from farms within a six county region. Because this is such a bountiful farming region, our selection and quality is excellent and we are able to offer food from mid April until late November. Our website features a chart indicating what is in season. We are in partnership with Georgia Southern University, Main Street Statesboro and the Convention and Visitors Bureau. We have wonderful local support. Each market features entertainment, local made crafts and art, and The Garden Table Cafe where local chefs prepare lunch from the produce of the week. We have a variety of local businesses which manufacture prepared foods such condiments, cheeses, ciders, baked products, peanuts and pecans, honey and fruitcakes to name a few. We also carry garden supplies such as organic compost and fertilizers and planters and seedlings for transplant.
