This is a relatively new farmers' market in downtown State College, PA , just accross from the Penn State University campus. Vendors are setup on the street surface of Locust lane every Tuesday from early May thru early November between 11:30 A.M and 5:30 P.M.
There are a wide variety of offerings of all locally grown and produced foods, flowers and a minimal amount of crafts. Some of the regular offeriungs include all varieties of meats, cheeses (cow & goat) and dairy products, honey,maple syrup, hot and fruit sauces, baked breads and desserts. Ready to eat ice cream and Italian cousine are a regular feature. But the wide selection of in-season fresh daily fruits and vegatables are what draw the crowds. Visit our website to learn more.

Fresh local produce is the feature of this market. Local fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and tree fruits are all offered in season. Some vegetables are available earlier than normally expected because some vendors grow tomatoes, cucumbers and other crops in high tunnels for earlier harvest.
