We're a small family farm trying to pursue thorough independence from the mass produced food system. We mainly sell vegetables, but we also sell some fruits, cut flowers, specialty crops like peanuts, eggs, shitake mushrooms, an occasional beef... We grow almost everything we as a family eat, and we try to offer as many of those food groups as we can to our CSA members. We're inclined to low-tech, homegrown ways of farming, so, for example, we save a majority of the seeds we plant and avoid a lot of plastics (like for mulch, coverings, etc.) We don't ever use any synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or other pesticides. We raise our animals with exceptional access to natural forages and without any pharmaceuticals, artificial stimulants, or genetically modified feeds. Our desire is to provide good, homegrown food for your everyday table.

Schedule and Location:

We sell at the Statesville Rotary Farmers Market which meets in the parking lot at the northeast corner of Front and Meeting Streets in the downtown Statesville area. During the main growing season (roughly the beginning of May to the middle of November) we're normally at the farmers market every Saturday, but we also meet customers at the same location sporadically the rest of the year. We announce those days and times through our e-mail list.

, but in 2020 we switched to delivering direct to customers' homes in Statesville. We may return to the farmers market at some point, but in the meantime contact us if you'd be interested in having orders delivered to Statesville (if Statesville is more convenient for you than picking up at our farm.) If you don't live in our Statesville drop-off area, we should be able to arrange an alternate drop-off spot for you.

Schedule and Location:
Customers can pick up orders at our farm. Please call or email first so that we can have your order harvested and ready. If you get on our e-mail list you'll receive a mostly weekly list of what's available to order. On-farm pick-ups can normally be made on Tuesdays between May and October. The rest of the year (Nov-Apr) pick-ups can normally be made any day, Monday-Saturday.

Upcoming Events

We're now offering delivery of orders to customers' homes in Statesville and in some areas between Statesville and our farm in northeast Iredell. Customers don't need to join our CSA to take part in the home deliveries, although CSA members receive priority on limited items.
