The Wenk's Yellow hot pepper is native to Albuquerque's South Valley, where is incorporated into the local cuisine. In terms of spice, this variety produces medium-to-hot peppers with a full, citrusy flavor. Because these waxy yellow fruits are very fleshy, they are often used for pickling.
Athens Locally Grown is a small group of growers located around Athens, Georgia. Each grower farms his/her land using strict standards to ensure that everything produced is chemical-free. All member farms are dedicated to supplying their customers with the freshest and highest quality vegetables, herbs, mill products, eggs, fruits, flowers, and transplants.

Established in 2005, we are a small, family-owned farm. Creekside Cultural Center is a small CSA run by Victoria Austin and Laurel Powel, Cousins with a shared passion for fresh food and working together outside. The 2010 season will be the first time shares are offered to families who are not working on the farm. We use all natural growing methods. Seeds are heirloom varieties, exclusively from independant growers and are chemical and Monsanto-free!
