We aim to provide food, meals & groceries to our customers using as many local ingredients as we can. Our rotational grazing and cropping agriculture style means we have zero use for pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The pigs, turkeys, chickens, and goats who live here help us tend to the soil. We source extra products from other local farms and either sell them directly to our members or make them into other types of foods in our commercial kitchen.
