For over 30 years, the PA Farmers Open Air Market has been a "producers only" market. This means that each vendor at the market grows or makes the majority of what they sell. The market features up to 20 Pennsylvania farmers who grow at least 75% of their produce. There are also other retailers offering food items including cheeses, meats, ice cream, baked goods, and hot food.
The market is also a great place to buy large quantities of produce for restaurants, canning, freezing, etc.
This market is a wonderful opportunity to buy the freshest local produce and meet the farmers whose hard work supplies the food we eat.

I like the fact that alot of their produce or grown organic. They look rich and taste good.
I've been shopping here for years. So long, that many of the farmers know me by either name or sight. I love buying produce that was picked that morning or the day before. Not to mention that I feel great supporting family farms.
