Cooper-Young Community Farmers Market is a safe, fun environment where people can meet the farmers, producers and artisans, buy local vegetables, fruits, flowers, meats, seafood, farm-raised catfish and prawns, honey, prepared foods, hand-made art, natural body products, learn about food politics and health, bring kids for some fun activities, sign-up for community volunteer work at the non-profit organization booths, or just hang out and listen to whatever band might be playing that day.
The mission of the Cooper-Young Community Farmers Market is to bring local farmers and artisans together with consumers in a setting that fosters health and wellness, community interaction, and food security through providing access to affordable, healthy foods.
We are currently taking applications for producers of fresh local produce, cheese, dairy, jams, jellies, honey, poultry, meat, eggs, artisanal products, prepared foods, food trucks, fresh-cut flowers and instructors for yoga classes, cooking classes and much much more!
Thank you for your support and excitement!
