Indianapolis City Market is an historic public marketplace in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis City Market is commited to sustainable agriculture and preserving Indiana farmland. While City Market is open six days a week year-round and offers fresh and prepared foods, retail items and live entertainment, the Original Farmers' Market boasts more than 50 Indiana producers who convene at City Market on Wednesdays from May through October. Items like Indiana produce, meats, eggs, cheeses, fresh-cut flowers, value-added products and freshly-baked items can all be found at the Original Farmers' Market.
