Videnovich Farms is a first-generation American farm but our farming heritage goes back centuries to the southeastern European region. Our relatives still farm in eastern Serbia near the Bulgarian and Romanian borders and our crops (and recipes) reflect this heritage. We specialize in peppers, eggplants, and lamb and have also been growing seasonal diversified crops for decades.
During the growing season we deliver wholesale vegetables to Chicago. Restaurants and retailers are encouraged to reach out to us for weekly offerings. Pre-order monthly CSA deliveries are available for Hyde Park, Chicago residents.
Yarn (and knitwear) from our mixed-breed, natural-colored flock is available on our Etsy shop. Interesting in learning how to knit or spin? Classes are available.
Wholesale and custom vegetable-growing orders are available for chefs, restaurants, and retailers.

It's obvious from Vera's CSA boxes that she is devoted to giving her customers the best of her harvest. The variety of heirlooms tomatoes, the delicious fingerling potatoes, the scrumptiously different vines beans - can I get a 'DELICIOUS'?!?!

Videnovich Farms grows Balkan heritage vegetables, culinary herbs, and fruit in addition to hand-spun yarn from our own sheep.
