In our CSA you can get vegetables that are fresh and great tasting delivered weekly to a pick up spot of your choice. We grow varieties noted for their culinary and nutritional value and really enjoy growing beautiful vegetables. You can get a fruit CSA share along with your veggies! We buy in fresh picked, in season, locally grown fruit for this option. Two different member pick up sites are available: Buffalo and Otto.
We are regulars at the Elmwood-Bidwell farmers market in Buffalo on Saturdays. We go to the East Aurora Farmers Market on Wednesdays in the spring for seedling sales and you can find our veggies in some of the finest restaurants around Buffalo.
We pasture grass fed/finished beef on the farm and you can buy custom sides or 1/4s.
