Dearing Country Farms

We are a small, family owned and operated, sustainable and regenerative farm located just outside Bloomington, IL. We pride ourselves by growing and raising Non-GMO and heirloom produce without herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Our livestock are raised without routine vaccines, antibiotics, steroids, or growth enhancers/hormones, Dearing Country Farms produces only fresh and natural products, grown using USDA organic program, Certified Naturally Grown and Humane/Animal Welfare standards as guides to our farming practices.

Our chickens are cage-free and most important are pastured and allowed to roam freely around our farm. They produce healthy, great tasting top quality meat and eggs. Same with our beef, goat and sheep. All allowed to pasture freely enjoy a humane life while in our care. Through earth friendly and natural farming practices we grow and cultivate a wide variety of fruits, nuts, berries and vegetables in our large gardens. Our focus on sustainability and regenerative farming practices are core to our mission. We sell directly from on the farm, at the Downtown Bloomington Farmers Market and through a variety of local grocery and specialty stores.

We have partnered with several fisheries, fishermen, and shrimpers in Florida to bring back to Illinois, fresh fish and shrimp and other seafood choices from the Gulf.
