The Wild Way Out is a completely different approach to agriculture and medicine in south central Michigan. We focus on unusual, heirloom and wild produce that has been grown and harvested in the most healthful way possible. Kate believes that many health problems can be associated with no longer consuming foods that have sustained our species for most of our existence. To paraphrase Euell Gibbons, these foods may be medicine but I prefer to eat my medicine. We want to produce, eat and use the most ripest, freshest, most nutritious food possible!
