We feature many chile powders, including harissa and chipotle. Our chile jams have been featured in many national food magazines. Our many varieties of Heirloom Beans are as delicious as they are beautiful. Our freshly ground heirloom cornmeal makes amazing bread and polenta. We often have hominy and parching corn, as well as masa and tortillas. We have a hugely diversified crop of fresh vegetables and have been told by many that our strawberries are the best that people have ever had.
