Now more than 50 vendors bring local produce, grass-fed beef, lamb & goat, natural pork, pastured chicken & turkey (in season), jerky, goat cheese & goat's milk, ranch eggs, yak and emu meats and emu oil products, frozen or smoked ocean fish, pickles and jellies, pecans & pistachios, honey & hive products, fair-trade locally roasted coffee, pasta, dried beans & bean soup mixes, desert heritage foods such as mesquite meal, prickly pear products, chia seeds and tepary beans. Baked goods include tarts, cookies, sourdough breads, tortillas, mesquite cookies, scones, gluten free breads, muffins, home-style pies and tamales and pecan candies. Natural body care & holistic pet food and remedies. Have lunch at the market from one of our food trucks, with home-style prepared food to eat or take home. Native plants and herb & veggie garden starts. Crafts limited to culinary, garden or wildlife and those made from agricultural products. We offer continuing special events, demos, and live music.
I have lived in Sierra Vista twice and enjoyed going to the farmer's market every Thursday. The venders were very friendly and helpful. I loved buying tomatoes, peaches, tamales, meat products and soap on a regular bases.... [more]
