Dunwoody Spruill Green Market is a 5th year Producer only Market that is open May - November . Our hours are Wednesdays from 8am-12:00 Noon. A Producer Only Market means that only vendors who make or grow what they sell can participate. Most of our produce vendors grow with Organic Methods and are Certified Naturally Grown.

Academy Street Gardens is located within the coastal village of Oriental,NC We are growing 25-30 varieties of heirloom and open-pollinated vegetables and herbs throughout the seasons. This year we are also participating in the Ark of Taste through Slow Food USA. We practice sustainable agriculture methods and follow NOP standards ( although not certified ). We are growing naturally and educating the public on the benefits of eating locally grown food.

Apple Ridge Farm is a small diverse sustainable family farm specializing in certified naturally grown heirloom produce. We also grow hydroponic lettuce and cuccumbers. For 2009 we will be offering artisan breads baked in our wood fired brick oven and eggs from our pastured chickens. We can be found at the Monroe Farmers Market in Stroudsburg on Saturday mornings from 8-12, and at the Dansbury Market in East Stroudsburg on Wednesday from 9-1 .

Please join us at the Market! We feature all Connecticut-grown fruits and vegetables as well as specialty items such as artisan cheese, fresh pies & breads, and hand-made soaps and yarns. The market is limited to producers only, which means we grow everthing we sell. Our growers feature fresh salad greens, herbs, tomatoes, peaches, apples, squash, potatoes, peppers, beans, cucumbers . . . the list goes on and on. We have organic, farmer's pledge, and heritage farms as members.
